What to Eat in San Blas: The Tour Lunch and More
One of the tour’s favorite surprises: the island lunch. Simple, fresh, and served in the best dining spot in the world—a table on the sand right by the ocean.
The tour lunch (included)
The classic Guna dish:
- Whole fried fish, caught that very morning in local waters.
- Coconut rice—the star side dish of the Panamanian Caribbean.
- Patacones (fried green plantains) and fresh salad.
Don’t eat fish? Let us know when you book, and we’ll prepare chicken or a vegetarian option at no extra cost.
Extras Worth Trying
